The market is so big with so many participants, they don’t know what you think about the way the market should go and they don’t care because they have their own vision and act accordingly. And that is why price does what it wants to do. Price depends on the supply and demand of the other participants and not on what you think that might happen. An edge of trading is to be on the side where supply exceeds demand or vice versa. To identify this is to look for a trend and momentum.
